ZH2023-02 Variance Request Hearing for 2230 Pine Road

Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board of Penn Township will hold a Zoning Hearing at the Penn Township Municipal Building, 1301 Centerville Road, Newville, PA at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, May 10, 2023, at which time a public hearing will be held on the following matter:

Application Number ZH2023-02 for Linford Zimmerman of 2230 Pine Road, Newville, PA 17241 is requesting a variance to construct three poultry barns, one of which is located within the 250 foot Agricultural property line set backs. The applicant is seeking an Appeal From Determination of the Zoning Officer under Article XIII, Section 1340, C, 2 of the Penn Township Zoning Ordinance.

All interested parties are encouraged to attend this hearing.  A copy of the application will be available during regular business hours in the Township Office for public review.
