2026 Seal Coat Project Invitation to Bid:
Sealed Bids for the 2026 Seal Coat Project in Penn Township, Cumberland County will be received by the TOWNSHIP at the Penn Township office, 1301 Centerville Road, Newville, PA 17241 until 3:30 PM local time on Wednesday, May 20, 2026.
- 50,566.00 Sq Yd of Bituminous Seal Coating using CRS-2P or RS-2P and #8 aggregate at 1.0% wash as per Pub. 408
Bids will be opened and awarded at the Thursday, May 21, 2026 Board of Supervisors meeting. or questions, please contact the Roadmaster, Kyle Snyder at 717-226-3471 or the Township office between the hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Thursday.
The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids and also reserves the right to waive any irregularities in bids received. The Township further reserves the right to base their decision on what is in the best interest of the Township.
