Conditional Use Hearings to be held – November 6, 2025

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Penn Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, will hold two Conditional Hearings during the Supervisors Workshop meeting November 06, 2025 beginning at 7 PM at the Penn Township Municipal Building, 1301 Centerville Rd, Newville, PA on the following matters:

Application Number CU2025-02, Courtney Wert and Elijah Hinton, are requesting a conditional use hearing to allow a Low Impact Diesel Repair Shop under Zoning Ordinance Article XIII, Section 1374 at 1634 Pine Road, Newville, PA 17241.

Application Number CU2025-03, 1310 Centerville Road LLC, is requesting a conditional use hearing to allow a day use and short-term residential Therapeutic Center for the Anabaptist community under Zoning Ordinance Article I, Section 104 at 1310 Centerville Road, Newville, PA 17241,

All interested parties are encouraged to attend these hearings. Copies of the applications will be available during regular business hours in the Township office for public review.
