Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Penn Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, will hold a conditional use hearing during the regular supervisor meeting April 20, 2023 beginning at 7 PM at the Penn Township Municipal building, 1301 Centerville Road, Newville, PA on the following matter:

Application Number CU2023-02, Louis Reiff, 110 Southside Drive, Newville, PA 17241, is requesting a conditional use hearing to allow an Air B&B under Zoning Ordinance Article I, Section 104 Uses Not Provided For and/or Article VI, Section 603.C Bed & Breakfasts.

All interested parties are encouraged to attend this hearing. A copy of the application will be available during regular business hours in the Township office for public review.
