DESCRIPTION:Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Penn Township\, Cumberland County\, Pennsylvania\, will hold a Conditional Use Hearing during the regular supervisor meeting August 21\, 2025 beginning at 7 PM at the Penn Township Municipal building\, 1301 Centerville Road\, Newville\, PA on the following matter: \nApplication Number CU2025-01\, Tyrell Sensenig\, 1345 Centerville Road\, Newville\, PA 17241\, is requesting a Conditional Use Hearing to allow an Air B&B under Zoning Ordinance Article I\, Section 104 Uses Not Provided For. \nThe Conditional Use Application will also be reviewed at 7:00pm during the August 18\, 2025 Planning Commission Meeting. \nA copy of the application will be available during regular business hours in the Township office for public review. \nAll interested parties are encouraged to attend this hearing.
