Part-Time Treasurer/Administrative Assistant Vacancy

The Penn Township Board of Supervisors are seeking qualified applicants for the part-time Treasurer/Administrative Assistant position. The Treasurer/Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting in the daily operation of the township office, preserving of township records, and the administration of township financial requirements.

This municipal office position must have an excellent customer service attitude, track record of high productivity and efficiency, demonstrate solid grammar and writing skills, and have strong computer skills that include Microsoft Word, Outlook, and QuickBooks/Intuit. This position also includes 1 to 2 evening meetings per month. Additional meetings may be scheduled as needed by the Board of Supervisors or Township Manager.

Township Office Hours are Monday–Thursday, 7:00am to 4:00pm.

This is a part-time position that does not currently have set hours and allows for a flexible schedule.
