Variance Hearings to be held – November 12, 2025

Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board of Penn Township will hold a meeting at the Penn Township Municipal Building, 1301 Centerville Road, Newville, PA at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at which time public hearings will be held on the following matter:

Application Numbers ZH2025-01, ZH2025-02, ZH2025-03 for the 801 Centerville Road Exeter Warehouse property owners appealing Article X, Section 902 of the Penn Township Zoning Ordinance in order to install Commercial Solar Energy Systems broken into 3 separate projects on the warehouse rooftop within the Industrial (I) Zoning District.

All interested parties are encouraged to attend this hearing.  A copy of the application will be available during regular business hours in the Township Office for public review.
