2026 Seal Coat Project Re-bid – Farm Road South Only

Sealed Bids for the 2026 Seal Coat Project in Penn Township, Cumberland County will be received by the TOWNSHIP at the Penn Township office, 1301 Centerville Road, Newville, PA 17241 until 3:30 PM local time on Wednesday, July 15, 2026.
- 11,506 Sq Yd of Bituminous Seal Coating using CRS-2P or RS-2P and #8 aggregate at 1.0% wash as per Pub. 408
- 3,927 Sq Yd of Bituminous Seal Coating using CRS-2P or RS-2P and #8 aggregate at 1.0% wash as per Pub. 408 double application
Bids will be opened and awarded at the Thursday, July 16, 2026 Board of Supervisors meeting. Bid Packet information is posted on the www.penntwpcc.org website. For questions, please contact the Roadmaster, Kyle Snyder at 717-226-3471 between the hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Thursday.
The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids and also reserves the right to waive any irregularities in bids received. The Township further reserves the right to base their decision on what is in the best interest of the Township.
