For convenience, there is a Drop Off Box located next to door. (No cash in drop box)

If a Receipt is required, please include the receipt, the tax collector copy and a self-addressed stamped envelope.

Reminder: Bills are mailed out around March 1st and July 1st. If you do not receive your bill by the middle of March, please contact the bill collector for a copy of the bill.

Do I need to contact the tax collector when my mortgage is paid off?

No, tax bills are always sent to the taxpayers address and the taxpayer is responsible for forwarding the bill to the mortgage company.

If a person that is listed on a deed dies, do I need to have them taken off the deed?

No, their name can remain on the deed until the property would be sold.
