Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Penn Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, will hold a conditional use hearing during the regular supervisors meeting August 20, 2026 beginning at 7 PM at the Penn Township Municipal building, 1301 Centerville Road, Newville, PA on the following matter:
Application Number CU2026-03, Arianne & Hunter Shughart, 38 South Side Drive, Newville, PA 17241, are requesting a conditional use hearing to allow an Equine Therapy Business under Zoning Ordinance Article I, Section 104 Use Not Provided For.
All interested parties are encouraged to attend this hearing. A copy of the application will be available during regular business hours in the Township office for public review.
