Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Penn Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, will hold a Conditional Use Hearing during the regular supervisor meeting August 21, 2025 beginning at 7 PM at the Penn Township Municipal building, 1301 Centerville Road, Newville, PA on the following matter:
Application Number CU2025-01, Tyrell Sensenig, 1345 Centerville Road, Newville, PA 17241, is requesting a Conditional Use Hearing to allow an Air B&B under Zoning Ordinance Article I, Section 104 Uses Not Provided For.
The Conditional Use Application will also be reviewed at 7:00pm during the August 18, 2025 Planning Commission Meeting.
A copy of the application will be available during regular business hours in the Township office for public review.
All interested parties are encouraged to attend this hearing.
