Gettle Warehouse Conditional Use Application

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Penn Township, Cumberland County have received a Conditional Use Application to:
Allow a 660,000 SqFt Warehouse Distribution Building under Zoning Ordinance Article IX, Section 903.N Warehousing & Distribution Centers and Article XIII, Section 1368 Wholesale Distribution of Industrial Products.
Background: this property has been under contract for several years and is Zoned by Right in the Industrial District. This use is permitted by Conditional Use. It will be reviewed by the Township Planning Commission and the Cumberland County Planning Commission, before the official Hearing takes place before the Board of Supervisors. The applicant will be present at both township meetings to present their proposed plan.
Twp Planning Commission (PC) Review Date: 7:00 pm, June 15th PC meeting
Hearing Date: 7:00 pm, July16th Board of Supervisors meeting
