The Penn Township Fire Marshal has reported that Open/Outdoor Burning Violations are at an all time high and that the number of fire related incidents continue to rise within the township. Many of which have resulted in violations and penalties.
Please take care when burning and observe the local law as stated in the 2022-02 Burn Ordinance.
